Lightweight for water therapy. Everyone's "body" is different, but here are my specifications to help with sizing. I'm 5ft 7", 135lbs @ 37-29-38 (small chest with bigger hips), I have a 10/12 and am comfortable, no bindings to create a camber AND not loose to create a buoyancy effect in the water to create. I wanted a solid case with good freedom of movement as it is made for a purpose and not just for looks. worked great! I didn't get the actual single swirl design with no keyhole in the back BUT it works for my purpose
