Review on Intelligent Reach by Chris Sanders

I like how easy it is to use for our customers - they are able to get their questions answered without having someone come in person or via an agent call center! It's also good because you can see what products your customer has purchased so far as well as which ones aren't being used yet but could be valuable later if the need arises. Currently we're using this only for inventory management purposes; however there might be some other benefits down the road too (e.g., more accurate stock count etc.). So far no problems at all. The biggest issue right now seems to be time lag between when orders occur/change & updating of information within ERP system. We have been very happy about Intelligent reach overall though.
