The most useful part of this system to me was how easy it made keeping track of my daily tasks while I worked in various locations for different companies all over the US! It really helped keep everything organized so when you're away from home or at another location there's no need worry because you can still log into mxmanagervault online and get right back where ever you left off. While working remote we had to download our data onto thumb drives which could be very time consuming if not done properly. We also didn't have access to some features like creating new items such as parts etc until later versions were released years after our computers became outdated (we used Windows XP). If looking to organize multiple jobs/companies then definitely do yourself a favor by using MX manager. You will save tons of time being able to easily store each job info along with their progress, costs associated, notes taken during meetings, pictures taken etc.
