They are perfect for this

I've been waiting to check this out until I made another batch of KETO FAT BOMBS. These are perfect for that. They're not baked, they're frozen, so these silicone molds are perfect. And they're small enough that you can use one serving as a serving. I think they would be great for regular chocolate molds too.
