1 star as they will not fit 1999 Chevrolet Tracker. Beware! The tabs that align the 3 screws on the bracket do not line up with the intended hole on the car. I had to bend the stem down so the mount could fit on top and under the car so I could install the KYB rack. After I had zipped and screwed everything, the last thing that had to be inserted was the top bar. DOES NOT HAVE LEVELS! The holes in the cross member do not line up with the threaded holes in the bracket. So frustrating after waiting and struggling for a detail to make it work. Do not use this bracket on a 1999 Tracker 4WD 2.0L engine.
