Review on 🍺 DII Rustic Décor Wall Mount Novelty Bottle Opener for Home Bar and Man Cave by Elizabeth Carrasco

I was happy to get my hands on this beer bottle opener. Looks nicer than in the photos. But I don't like it enough to give it 5 stars. 4 stars, yes.; 5 stars, no. Pretty well done, I was a bit disappointed when I saw the wood chip composite "beer bottle". Plastic is expected to be better at handling wet beer bottles (although this composite can absorb moisture, swell, etc. over time). Disappointed with the materials but also disappointed in myself for falling for the "not quite true publicity stunt" in the product description which states the material of the opener (alloy) but is silent about the board it is built on (so I suggested this is what I wanted instead of looking/asking further). Although I'm not exactly thrilled, I like it so much that this item is hung on the wall next to the beer cooler. It is functional and well made. Second, it looks good. Where it doesn't feel so good is in the value for money. For me, $12.99 (the price of Revain at the time of writing this review) is way too high in my opinion. $9.99 seems like a better price (especially since I think it's a valid concern for the composite rather than the plastic nature of the backing). Conclusion: 3.5 to 4 stars rounded up to 4 stars. Concerns about back panel material and price prevent this from being a 5 star novelty.
