Review on Uzi Weatherproof Aluminum Periscope with 5x20 Magnification - Spy Observation Tool (Black) by Dawn Sherman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Pretty good for viewing around corners over 20 feet away.

It performs two functions. It gives a fairly good magnified image and looks around or over nearby objects. It's solidly built and the top plate from what I got is held firmly in place by four screws; I'm not suggesting you have to glue anything. When the telescope is extended, I see the edge of the image where the tube is pointing, such as the ceiling when I look out the window. This part sneaks around the slanted head, but doesn't spoil the clarity of what's displayed very much. The periscope is useless for close-range surveillance, such as B. Confined spaces, small rooms or maybe most house hallways. , because anything closer than 20 feet will remain out of focus. Especially when there's some sort of danger, you don't want to see anything up close, which is a bewildering mass of magnification and blur. However, the scope is well suited for use outdoors or in larger structures where there is sufficient clearance. I find this product to be a perfectly decent 5x monocular that can see around corners or over crowds. The case is designed for separate storage of the visor and grip. At first I didn't like the need to attach the handle before each use, but then I reconsidered this issue. The shorter case is better for transport and storage, but if you want to use the case as a holster in active situations, the included handle protrudes for easy access. The bag has a strap as well as a belt loop (at the opening end) giving you a choice of carrying options.
