I like that we can see what our customers are doing with their accounts before they even open them up to us! It's really easy for new users who haven't used any CRM services in years or never at all but this is helping me solve my problems of not knowing exactly where each person was coming from when signing into an account previously created by someone else (even if just once). This does make things more difficult as well because you have less control over your data than normal systems do which seems counter productive until you realize how much easier everything works now!! We've been able to improve upon past practices such as creating multiple email addresses per client so one address could be associated with different projects without having to go through extra steps every time something changes.
