The fan assembly is secured in place using a 6mm wrench (10mm wrench) and two feet that fit into a pair of sockets and held position. The main fan mechanical cover could be unscrewed from the top and then moved far enough to remove and install the condenser fan. The electrical connector was easily disconnected after removal from the case. You will need to remove the upper radiator hose from the radiator but not the other end. Just tie to the side.
