Nice lamp, difficult installation

When removing your old fixture remember to save the screws to the aluminum crossbar on the outlet box. You will need them for the new crossbar. Also, it comes with a plastic receptacle where you insert your electrical wires and then have to secure them with a jeweler's flat screw driver. Couldn't turn the screws with the jeweler's screwdriver even with a pliers attached for added force. Clipped their wires and attached them manually to my feed wires. It's a good looking fixture and my wife is pleased. I'm exhausted.
