I ordered two of these and they are ridiculously easy to use and clean. Love it! I almost wish they were a bit bigger for my giant coffee mug of tea. Things. I don't want to overfill it to allow the leaves to expand, so I fill it halfway, but I have a feeling my cups could probably be a bit bigger. From time to time you will come across tiny particles coming out of the holes but there are ways to minimize this and to be honest you will have this problem with anything that isn't a bag if I'm not mistaken . .
