My 2005 Trailblazer EXT I6 (6 cylinder) has only done 40,000 miles but it had horrible vibrations at idle (600 rpm) and especially when stopping in gear (at traffic lights, stop signs) . Shifting into N at a stop would have helped, shifting into R was even better (although it startled those behind me). However, while driving, everything looked normal. It was worse when the engine was cold. I ended up replacing 2 motor mounts with these. IMPRESSIVE. Not only did the idle stop vibration problem go away, but I also realized how much my Trailblazer vibrated and sounded loud at ALL speeds - even though I seemed to have just gotten used to it. Now surprisingly smooth and quiet in comparison. Can't say enough. Paid an independent shop Β±$240 to install (worth it), but could definitely be a DYI job for someone younger than me, or me. I've read not to use aftermarket mounts and given what it takes to replace them I'd stick with them.
