I wouldn't buy it again.
This product and its packaging have been remanufactured. Both handles are rotatable but can be locked. The problem is that they don't stay locked to rotate around you again during use. There are aspects that are good, but they are clearly not meant to be applied to themselves. It's a standard inverted design, so you're constantly working backwards in the direction you were holding your tools. I should have known when I noticed how redesigned its packaging was. Smart engineering doesn't always come in handy.
