This model of flashlight is apparently a look-alike. The body design is nearly identical to many others sold on Walmart but immediately upon arrival I could tell it weighed much less, so I suspect it was redesigned to look like brighter and higher quality flashlights but there are subtle differences that can not be seen from the pictures.The most important difference is that the LED chip is slightly smaller than brighter flashlights that have this identical exterior. I suspect this is why it isn't as bright. I tested with another identical-bodied flashlight and even swapped batteries between them, but every time this one was the dimmest.It might be alright if you need a flashlight in a situation where it might get lost easily and you don't want to risk using a better or more expensive one.I will not be buying this again.
