I received this product in the mail today. it's so easy to use. I just plugged it into my 2020 model 13 inch Macbook Pro and it just works. no software to download and install. just plug it in and get started. that's all. I love it in this product. The only thing missing is that I wish it had an ethernet cable slot. that's the only thing i'm missing. Again, I should mention something. MOKIN employees take customer satisfaction very seriously. I ordered a USB-C/Ethernet adapter for my MacBook Pro a few weeks ago, but unfortunately it didn't work. So I emailed them and they immediately sent me a new one! is free! amazing customer service! Keep it up MOKIN.
