Excellent product - computer accessories and peripherals

Excellent product. However, on my computer, the connectors didn't fit flush because I have a protective case and therefore couldn't get power to the items I connected. Other than that, this is a great product. I chose a different version connected with a cable and ports on a separate device. It was also a multiport adapter MOKIN. This works better for my situation.

Great customer service

It works as it should but shuts down when you hardly move your laptop and can be quite annoying when using multiple monitors. I wish I could give more stars but I can't even move my laptop around on my desk without it shutting down. Edit: The company contacted right after my review and offered a replacement. It fits well and doesn't come off easily. Would definitely order again now!

That does not work! Junk

I received two of these, the first seemed defective so I returned the other and got the same result. My configuration is an older 5 year old monitor. I want to connect my MacBook and be able to connect a second monitor. It only seems to have one usable USB-C port. Every time I tried to connect both, it either switched to battery or the monitor didn't work. In both cases, it turned out that the second USB-C port was not working. Well, back to China to improve the quality.

Perfect for my new 2019 MacBookPro

Just what I need for my new Mac. keep it plugged in and if I've plugged and unplugged everything a million times over the years I'll wear out this thing instead of Mac connectors and if it breaks I might just get another adapter. Connected everything that is possible and no problems. The color looks the same as a gray mac and the same height, the only problem I see is you have a smaller bag and it keeps rubbing it in and out of the bag but I rarely take my mac anywhere hence five stars me.

I originally bought this without thinking how it would work with the case. Works great with Mac Book Pro 2020 13 inch with Touch Bar. It fit almost perfectly but had a slight protrusion not to worry about. I've used it extensively, I've been using most ports consistently for about a month and it's held up pretty well. looks useful but doesn't match my computer case

Based on my experience with another Mokin product I have little reason to believe it isn't performing well enough. It's lightweight, attractive, feels durable, and comes with a soft case. Unfortunately, the design of this device requires it to fit snugly against the side of the MacBook Pro, so it's not compatible with the hard plastic case that stays permanently attached to my computer. I received this product in the mail today. it's so easy to use. I just plugged it into my 2020 model 13 inch Macbook Pro and it just works. no software to download and install. just plug it in and get started. that's all. I love it in this product. Works as advertised. . . for about 1/3 the price of an Apple 4x adapter. Good low profile when fitted. UPDATE: Changed my rating due to long-term use. The retention on the USB-C ports (connecting the adapter to the computer) is very poor. If you move the computer at all, you run the risk of turning everything off (which cost me more than once hours when processing video from an external drive). If they could solve this memory problem that would be great, but it's garbage the way it is. After…

I bought this for my MacBook because I felt that the 2-pin connector was more durable, less annoying and gave more power to anything plugged into my MacBook . I WAS RIGHT! All my friends and colleagues say that my hub is not only the fastest and most efficient of all hub adapters, but also has everything you need in an adapter.
