This software provides one window to view all incoming visitors at once in order that we can efficiently process them accordingly without having too much information spread out over different programs or websites. It is useful during busy times when multiple projects are taking place so it helps us manage our time more effectively! Nothing as such but maybe perhaps be able to have an option where you could see who has visited before? We use this program daily to keep track of which jobs/projects needs attention most urgently by their priority ranking and also allows me (as manager) access via my computer if I'm away from office etc. I like that this system is easy to use and understand, and it's a great tool for our organization. I have not found anything that I dislike about this system. It is great to be able to keep track of our visitors and contractors. It is easy to use and very easy to understand. I would recommend this to any organization looking to keep track of their visitors and contractors. This is great for our organization.
