Review on Vigilance by Andrew Enriquez

The most beneficial feature is the capability for multiple users in one location at time with different roles assigned to them so all can see what they are doing or who needs assistance when needed. This also helps reduce training costs as there is less need for new hires to be trained once set up is done correctly. It allows for more flexibility when trying to handle events where many people are involved especially during an event like this one. I do not have any dislikes about Vigilance. There were some issues with our server but it was resolved shortly after contacting support team. We had issues with using it in conjunction with other programs which caused problems sometimes.
