Great solution if you work remotely

The most beneficial feature is the capability for multiple users in one location at time with different roles assigned to them so all can see what they are doing or who needs assistance when needed. This also helps reduce training costs as there is less need for new hires to be trained once set up is done correctly. It allows for more flexibility when trying to handle events where many people are involved especially during an event like this one. I do not have any dislikes about Vigilance…

Vigilance is an easy access, user friendly tool that does what we need it to do pretty well!!

I like being able for it is easy access from my home computer as well! The interface makes this very user friendly so there are no problems with installing or using any part at all really!! It's not too much trouble if you have someone in your household who can use computers/internet but i do find myself needing more tutorials (aside form what was provided) when first starting out just because things seem pretty complicated once compared against other programs - though they're getting easier…

  • The ease of access for users to be able to keep a close eye on things from their home computers, or anywhere they have internet access in order to keep an eye out for any potential threats

  • As a result, it's not very user friendly for beginners
