Great tool that helps improve communication
The best part about this software is its integration with other SaaS tools like Zoom, Slack etc. It allows you to integrate all your communications in one place which makes life easier for everyone involved in it. I would recommend this product if you are looking for an integrated solution for your business. There isn't anything bad i have found so far but there might be some small glitches here and there when using this software. We were able to solve many problems by integrating Wazo into our daily workflow.
