The idea is good, but you pay for the shipping of the product and the bottles. To be honest my vet stool test is cheaper than this + lab fees. The cost is the same as the product itself, excluding lab fees. But it depends on whether you're going to the vet and how much the fecal test costs. Simplicity of the product - Very simple - create an account online, collect the pui, pour it into two test tubes (gloves provided) and then send it off. Wait for the results. It is convenient and not at the same time. --You must set up an account first. I'd rather bag shit and collect it, ship it than set up an account. Thats only me. - I live in an apartment building (2nd floor) and my dog only poops in the morning and in the evening. It was hard for me to want to deal with poop first thing in the morning (take it out and get it all done) or in the evening after work. It took me maybe a month and a half to send the sample. Came without a mask so it didn't smell like poop! To be honest I've run out of clean masks and have reusable ones in the car. I just received the box, that's another reason I've waited so long.
