This is the worst pet door I have ever bought. It was easy to install, but the lid was missing a screw. After just a week or so, the flap partially detached, causing a plastic corner to chip off and the piece inside the edge to slide out. I taped the corner to hold it in place and put in a screw where one was missing, but as the top of the flap is now a little torn it no longer hangs straight and sits squarely on the magnet underneath . Won't buy again and had to stick with the look I bought previously which has lasted for years. I will definitely be replacing this one which sucks as it's only been in place for a few weeks.
