ATTENTION! I received the product very quickly and was happy with the packaging and the condition of the shakers. I washed, dried and stuffed them. As she prepared dinner, she shook off the pepper. Very nice, lots of coverage as expected. However, when I used the salt, the lid slipped off on the first SHAKE, pouring a baseball-sized pile of salt into the pot. I didn't realize that even though the pepper pot lid "snapped" the salt lid was pretty loose and just slipped off under the weight of the salt. Luckily the aluminum is quite malleable so I was able to pinch the perimeter of the lid so it's now slightly deformed and fits snugly. However, I'm afraid of filling the shaker too full for fear the lid will fall off and spoil the food.
