Review on Frigidaire EFWC498 Water Cooler Dispenser by Jasmine Smith

Upgrade; On January 26, 2021, the manufacturer reported that the spout for tall glasses had been shortened. I have to take out the tray for most items and it doesn't fit a regular sized water bottle for refilling. The spout is positioned so close to the back that there is little room for a spout on the bottles. Cons: It could be great if it weren't for the spouts! You click those gray controls at the top! The spout that the water comes out of are these 2 very small circles under the controls. You must have anything you have ever put under the spout or the water will splash. It's very badly designed. Now I'm looking for a funnel with a hose to pour out of this device. Save money for a much better quality product! Pros: Keeps hot water hot enough to brew a cup of tea. Keeps cold water very cold.
