I usually use liquid nails but I had a chance to try this. My garage panel has a crack and it has shifted due to the earthquake. So I finally set the threshold. I washed the floor and slightly scratched it. Sikabond came out as expected. He folded the sill and scraped off the excess. Luckily we have more sun than rain. So there was enough time for the treatment. We have rain again. So far, so good. As far as I can tell, no glitches. Overall, this glue works just as well as expected.
