After carefully reading through the product card's descriptions, reviews, and images, I placed my purchase for a bandage with the precise product code MKN-103 (M). The following day, the salesperson from "Technology of Health" calls and says that the knee pad (model MKN-103) without stiffening ribs is only elastic. He cancels my order with the note "I didn't want to order" because I don't need one. One week later, I'm writing a review, and the card hasn't been updated. I'm really disappointed since I believe this deal is a scam. On the screenshot, I placed a second order for two orthoses from a different OrthoMir merchant. Although more expensive, the courier delivered both times earlier than expected. It is odd that this card was opened in both orders while moving to the product card.
