Review on QPS Que CD RW Drive Windows by Donald Phi

I bought QPS in April and immediately had configuration problems. I followed the tech support format and emailed them. To give them a head start due to possible employment or email issues, I sent four emails from different servers in four weeks. They don't reply via customer support. Now the hardware has failed, I've tried again via email with no response and received phone support 3 times in two weeks to abandon cue after 45 minutes. No 1-800 number. Now I have a very high phone bill and a useless QPS device that I'm going to eat too. Please do not allow such companies to prosper as often happens in today's market. Buy elsewhere.
