Review on Deep Massage Myofascial Release Physical by Megan Spencer

Received a set of massage balls and body tracker yesterday and tried them this morning. To say I'm amazed would be putting it mildly. I had hip surgery a few years ago and after that I just couldn't walk properly, my gait was more or less LOL, very embarrassing and extremely frustrating. I just couldn't straighten my legs properly, and in fact my feet and knees seemed to be pulling in. It had NOTHING to do with my hip, I have absolutely NO pain in that area, but something changed as I recovered and suffered. I thought my knees were damaged, I took an x-ray, it's fine, but they started to hurt terribly. I found a sports therapist and found that the pain and debilitating effects were coming from the fascia pulling me out of alignment and with massage therapy the pain started to subside within two months. However, as I shortened the sessions (I just couldn't afford to continue twice a week) the paralysis and pain returned, not only did my feet and knees turn inward even more, needless to say I began to To resemble Quasimodo on the run No matter how, that never happened... sigh. While researching I came across this DeepRecovery system and thought it might help. The delivery was immediate and this morning I tried it for the first time. This morning I was having a hard time getting out of bed and I wasn't expecting more pain but something had to be done. visible. Not only that, but also the feeling that the blood is finally getting where it's supposed to go. I have never seen results as (almost) instant as these. There is tremendous pain in the beginning as the tight sections move under pressure, but the end results are amazing. I just can't express how much the sensations in my legs have changed and my knees absolutely don't hurt anymore. I will be doing 15 minute sessions a few times a day initially but if the results of that first session are to be believed this kit will be traveling with me to work so I can use it there, this is the first time in months (apart from twice weekly therapy sessions) that I feel a little flexible. And by the way, this set is well thought out in terms of handling. A detail that most companies wouldn't think of is an extra reinforced strap at the end of the little mesh pockets that hold two balls... Instead of struggling with releasing the balls, just hook your finger on the end and squeeze them out . I hope this review helps other people with this type of pain to decide to buy a set to try... I don't think if anyone really practices they won't benefit from them.
