Disappointed with the lackluster customer service provided by Fullibars

A few of the items I needed for my motorcycle came from Fullibars, where I recently placed an order. I was severely let down by their customer service, despite the fact that their website was simple to navigate and they offered a respectable assortment of products. To begin, despite their advertising that their shipping is "fast," it was anything but. My purchase did not arrive for several weeks, which was really inconvenient given that I required the components to finish a repair. When I attempted to get in touch with Fullibars about the delay, I was confronted with personnel from customer service who were both unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters even worse, the parts in my order did not arrive in good condition when they finally did come. It was obvious that they had been improperly wrapped and handled when they were being transported. After contacting Fullibars about the matter, I was told that I would not receive a response from them. To say the least, the entirety of my encounter with Fullibars was not impressive in any way. It is difficult to suggest them to others because, despite the fact that they provide quality auto parts, their customer service is subpar and their shipping policies are unsatisfactory. You should go elsewhere if you are in a rush to obtain your parts and if you want solid customer support.
