Soft, warm, comforting light

I have several different LED motion-sensing light strips like this one that I have installed in the closet and dark attic of my garage. I love that this style of lighting doesn't require an outlet for power (between charges). This lamp emits a warm yellowish light rather than the cooler white or bluish light produced by other LEDs. Warm light is soft and diffuse. , without the harsh hotspots you see with other similar LED bulbs. Diffusion likely reduces the intensity and "spread" of the light so it doesn't penetrate as far as other higher intensity, "harder" light lamps. Instead, this is good for floodlighting a fairly small area. This is a good night light for your bathroom (e.g.) or as a toilet, attic or storage room lamp. If you want to use it as a reading light, you need to set it to stay on until you intentionally turn it off, otherwise the light will go out after a few minutes of inactivity. If the light no longer turns on as it should, you need to charge it with a micro USB cable. The lamp comes with a cable that you will need, but this is a fairly standard format used in many Android phones and other devices. You need to put a block between the cord and the outlet. I like to put at least 2 rechargeable lightbulbs in each or the places I use them. So if one of them is empty, chances are one is still working while I recharge the dead one. I found this style of lamp quite useful. for several places in my house. If my review was helpful to you, please let me know.
