I've been a BCAA proponent for a long time. I've seen hundreds of videos saying it's a waste of money, but I've always liked it for two reasons: it has a number of benefits and it's a great source of energy (I use it in my pre-workout). I get my BCAAs from a reputable brand and have had no problems. Then I saw a video by Mountaindog1 (if you haven't subscribed to his channel, you're missing out) comparing EAAs and BCAAs. (Actually I lied, I saw the title and said let me try and then watch the video). I will not come back. EAA is what matters. Energy level before exercise. Check during training. CheckEAA offers you the whole chain and will give you the muscle gains you are looking for. This brand contains electrolytes, so it is recommended to use during exercise. I take this after the hard sets of my workout and feel good for the remaining hour or so after my workout. Must be. At a good price.
