NOT ACTUAL WOOL FELT
I don't know what they're made of, but they look more like a bunch of synthetic balls on a string than a garland of wool felt. I didn't send it to a lab for testing, but I tried placing a ball in hot water to see if it would fall apart like a wool felt ball and that had no effect. They look cheap and fall apart easily.
