Well I didn't check it the same day I received them. Maybe I'm a bit suspicious :-) After two weeks of intensive use I can honestly say: These scissors are the best I've ever used! (of course I mean office scissors, not nail scissors etc.). They are light, feel good in the hand and cut like a laser beam. What else can you expect from a pair of scissors. I had no reason to contact customer service but they did contact me via email with some guidance and advice on using their product. And for that I am grateful. In summary, I would highly recommend these scissors to anyone!
