Good quality as advertised.

My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the arms are a bit springy, so I had to make an effort (by hand) to spread the mounting plates a bit further so they better get past the fender mounts to accommodate the to catch quick release lugs. No big deal really. It might have been crushed in transit. I wouldn't call it a defect, otherwise everything is perfect.
