Review on Desoldering Vacuum Large Teflon Antistatic by Aaron Stewart

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Honestly because I couldn't find any of those old bulbous nose cuticle removers we used years ago

It's been years and years since I soldered when a friend gave me her ten year old Audio system plus brought Bose. The remote didn't communicate with the transceiver, the light didn't turn green or red, and it didn't work at all. After browsing YTube the LED in the box seems to have burned out. The entire circuit board was smaller than a matchbox in a nightclub, and my hands aren't as hard as they used to be. To be honest, I ordered a diode and a desoldering vacuum pump because I couldn't find any of those old, bulbous baby noses. -Snot remover for vacuum desoldering like we used many years ago. In short, it's hard to describe how effective this desoldering pump is. I always worry about too much heat around components but this works so fast and so well I couldn't believe it. As soon as you see this stuff start to thin, press that button and BAM, the solder is gone! It's way better than the old baby nose sniffers. I definitely recommend this for electronics beginners as well as experienced hands.

Pros
  • Great for me
