Bought this harness for the light weight power chair my mum uses. We go to the mall several times a week and the chair generates a lot of static electricity. It bothered my mother less than me because every time I touched her or a chair I was shocked. This was common, especially when pressing in manual mode. I was told by the chair seller that there really is no solution to this. Okay I found a review of this product on your chair and decided to give it a try. I cut about three inches off the end of the strap and attached it to the chair where the existing screw is. I had to buy a longer screw and add a washer. No more shocks! I can't believe this works! Sometimes I get a little shock, maybe I cut the end too much not to step on it? However, shock is rare and very mild. Highly recommended for electric wheelchairs!
