At first I thought I bought this vacuum cleaner on a lightning deal during prime time. However, it looks like I paid full price, so I'm even more dissatisfied than if I got a discount. Second, this car is too picky. You have to hold down the start button to keep the power going, which is useless for those of us with arthritis who have a lot of vacuuming work to do. While my Shark allows me to quickly switch brush heads, I have to put this vacuum down and use both hands to remove one brush head and add another instead of just pulling the handle off the base to switch modes. It's not a heavy car, but it doesn't feel particularly light to me either. Third, even at low power, the suction power is strong enough to suck up the carpet but not enough to suck up the dirt in the carpet. What's good about it? On carpets (except those with the lowest pile) this is useless. Fourth, I wish there was a lanyard option. There are no outlets in my closets and I do not want to store/hang this item outdoors in any of my rooms. So if I want to keep it hidden, it can't charge at the same time. If it weren't for the fact that I had to get it dirty to use it enough for a review, aside from the fact that there are so many awkward parts that I probably can't put back in the box neatly, I would I would return this car in a second. So it wasn't worth full price. It may not even be worth what I thought I paid for it.
