It's like looking into a tunnel
I ended up returning mine because it wasn't the immersive VR experience I was expecting. Compared to Google Cardboard, this viewer had a very limited viewing area that turned off peripherals and made it seem like you were watching a VR video through a tunnel. You can easily see the viewer's sides on your peripheral while watching a VR video, which really spoils the viewing experience. It was enjoyable though and the settings helped make the video clearer, but the image seemed far away and you didn't feel connected to the action.
