On a keto diet, severe leg, back, and upper body cramps at night and poor sleep. I have tried taking magnesium supplements which has helped a bit but still not for the night cramps. I took Lyte Balance for a while and probably only once or twice a day and felt a little better, but I still had trouble sleeping at night due to the cramps. So I started taking 3 to 4 servings of Lyte Balance daily and have had no cramps for two nights and am sleeping much better. I will definitely order Lyte Balance again and continue to take it at least 3 times a day.
