Review on Zadro Magnification Cordless Lighted Oil Rubbed by Stephen Vasquez

After giving a poor review (see below) I contacted customer service and was instructed to send my mirror in for repair. Even though my product was out of warranty, they sent me a brand new unit for free (minus my shipping cost for the defective one). I think the company understands that at least the earlier models have issues and are trying to fix this issue. Increased my rating from 1 to 4. We'll have to see how long that particular mirror's light stays on this time. Bought last summer and the LED lights lasted about 6 months. I think there is a reason the warranty is only 3 months. In general, the woman liked the duel and the look. If you are looking for a lighted magnifying mirror, this is not the best choice. Others have complained about the short lifespan of LED bulbs and now I have to join that crowd. If you want to save, simply choose the non-illuminated variant for about 1/2 the price! If you purchase this product be prepared for the light to fail shortly after the warranty has expired! Disappointed in the company as a whole due to the sale of defective goods and especially the fragility of the product.
