I used to have a mirror that cost three times as much. It was hardwired into my house so I left it when I moved out. When I moved to a new location and found this mirror online I realized I had to lose for over $100 so I ordered it. This mirror was just as good as the one I had before for a fraction of the price. I would give the mirror itself 4 or 5 stars - I like the magnification and the light; I didn't have it long enough to know if I would have the same light issues as others. However, the mounting material gets 0 stars. I have owned and installed many of these mirrors but have never seen such a flimsy mounting plate and screws. Due to the weight of the mirror, 4 screws are definitely needed to attach the mounting plate to the wall and I ended up using better quality 2 hole wall anchors…

After giving a poor review (see below) I contacted customer service and was instructed to send my mirror in for repair. Even though my product was out of warranty, they sent me a brand new unit for free (minus my shipping cost for the defective one).
