I like that it has an option for both mobile/web as well as desktop viewing of reports if needed. Also have been able to create custom fields with filters in order to pull specific info from our system or other systems we use such as Salesforce. It's also nice having access through their platform to view multiple departments at once without logging into each one separately. Not much yet but there are many options available so far which makes me excited! They say they're working towards being paperless within this year though some functionality seems pretty laggy currently. We've found it helpful using CC to track what issues people experience via customer service tickets vs internally by department (such as IT).
