I've had them for a couple of weeks now and am waiting that they aren't as flimsy and poorly made as other binoculars I bought last year (Celestron Cavalry 15x70 binoculars completely collapsed in a fall from a height of only a few meters onto a turf). These binoculars are nothing like them, they are very durable and feel like they are in your hand. The rubber coating is also top notch and gives the binoculars a real feel even if they are waterproof as advertised. Now I wouldn't soak them on purpose, but caught by the rain, don't worry my friend. So let's get to that aspect of visibility that we all want to know when reading reviews of different binoculars. This Barka Reverse Porro 10-30x60 binocular has an excellent view for its class of binoculars. I found the image crystal clear from 10x to about 25x and from 25x to 30x, I would rate the image as fairly solid and very usable, just not citing crystal clear due to the chromatic aberration at this magnification level. There is a very slight chromatic aberration throughout the range but that is to be expected from binoculars of this level, nonetheless I am very impressed with the Bak7 lenses which have outperformed almost if not all other binoculars I have used on many were equal to years at a similar price. Assortment i. even a step forward that use Bak4 lenses. The collimation was correct on the pair I received out of the box and the individual eyepiece setting only needs minor adjustments when zooming in and out. I've mainly observed astronomy with them, although the picture is even better during the day, but I highly recommend these binoculars for both periods. The included carry case is serviceable and the straps are solid. If there is one aspect that I think could be greatly improved it would be fairly easy for Barka to include a tripod adapter with every pair of binoculars as these binoculars get a lot better when securely strapped on or screwed to a tripod or similar. because after the lower zoom limit the picture gets a bit shaky, at least with my non-doctor hands 👐🏻. I also liked the inverted porro prism design as it is much more compact than traditional porro prism binoculars and it seems easier to center the image properly between my two eyes, even with the inverted porro layout. So yes overall obviously since I gave them five stars 🌟 I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a solid pair of zoom binoculars for day or night vision or of course both. pets. ✌🏻 💯
