It has some weight, because there are ice packs, but it’s not too much and feels comfortable. The gentle cooling helps and I can even lay in it and fall asleep without issue. At times when a migraine is intolerable, this is what has helped me get through the pain. I love that I can adjust the openings to secure it, remove ice packs if there is a place that I don’t need or want them at the time.
