I think this is a really great product, it has all the features listed in the product brochure. It was easy to connect via hotspot on your phone. I had several questions and problems that I caused myself. When I emailed if I sent something in the afternoon, I received a response within an hour or two and left an email in the morning, they will get back to you the same day.
