Update 2: Disassembled the fan and found more than 3 parts failed. (see image). I went to the manufacturer's website to see if I could replace it and the website says I sent them a broken fan and sent them $10 to send me a replacement. I emailed them regarding this issue but it's been a few days and still no response. But with the cost of shipping both ways, the days it takes to get there and resend it, and the trip to the post office, buying a new one will cost almost the same and a lot faster since it has the same thing. - Delivery on the day. But considering how bad this thing is, I don't want to spend any more money on this dollar store fanatic trying to pose as an industrialist. This rating is based on my personal experience and does not mean that every F-4092 fan will suffer from the same problems. Update: After buying this fan on February 17th, 2018, some of the magic smoke inside came out. On June 7th, 2018 last night I heard a loud bang. I didn't know where it was coming from so I went back to bed and when I woke up I noticed the fan was spinning slower than usual. I turned it off When I turned it back on later, the SLOW speed stopped working. Only fast. I thought it was a lubricating issue, but it turns out that the blades spin freely when pressed with the handle. So I knew it was something inside that was showing up. What a shame really. Seriously how hard is it to make a good fan?
