I like how easy it was to set up, as well as using our existing email accounts with their free account! It's great having all of your logs in one place so you're not searching through different sources when trying find something from weeks ago/past events etc.
Having everything together makes things easier if there are questions or concerns regarding an event since they can easily be checked at once instead going back & forth via emails. There isn't anything really bad about this app; however we have had some issues getting certain updates pushed out within timeframes but overall nothing major has come down yet either way- just minor hiccups here n' then which were promptly resolved by customer support team members (including myself). We've been able use KJ across multiple facilities without any issue thus far even though each center uses slightly unique ways of keeping track / logging information compared to others around them.
