Update: just received my third replacement since the second one keeps freezing I got it in the mail brand new in box and it doesn't even turn on! I put it to charge and hour and it still doesn't turn on! This watch is so cheaply made and they refuse to give me a refund . I'm over this watch giving me new issues every watch . If you can buy a Garmin or Samsung do it. You truly get what you pay for . I attached a video of it charging and nothing. Customer service basically refuses to help me.UPDATE- watch number 2! 1 year Warranty is about to expire . The third watch is now freezing non stop and stays stuck on certain screens and won't turn off when I hold the button. Tried contacting customer service and denied my return . I would have never bought this if I knew it was going to fail me every 5 or 6 months . Save up more and buy a better brand that will last longer . Im basically stuck with this one until it finally dies .UPDATE, so after owning this watch for 6 months . I have liked everything about this watch EXCEPT that I've gone thru 3 chargers. And now the watch does not recharge. I have contacted the company for a warranty replacement. I hope I don't get screwed over in another 6 months. Let's see .Coming from a Samsung s3 frontier, owned it two years screen went to hell and Samsung didn't help since out of warranty. I looked into ticwatch E and love the OS right away. Supper smooth apps worked better . More apps. Can actually start my car with it. Only negative thing I had was it felt to plasticky. I had it for a week and the ticwatch S2 came out so I returned it on Revain and bought this right away . For 180!?! This is way better then all they expensive watches out there. I'm not spending 300 on a Samsung . Everything works amazing. Pretty accurate with the fitness readings. Love the feeling and look of the new watch. No complaints yet I will offer update in a few months. Only negative thing I have is that this one doesn't have a speaker to answer calls. It does have a good mic for all the Google commands. IDK why ppl are having connection issues . I have a Samsung note 8 and it works flawlessly no issues at at. I would recommend like with ANY smartwatch , turn off tilt to wake , it will kill your battery. I just touch the button to look and batter last more than a day. Also limit all the notifications coming from apps as well.
