On the top pallet you can see the welds where the riser bar connectors were placed between the first and second floors. It shakes and is not supported. So if you haven't balanced it properly, it will tilt and look wobbly. (and if I say something - I mean, a light box of tea can make it lean. It seems unstable, if it falls on the ground for whatever reason, it will definitely 100% bend. It's not durable. It is brittle. I'm very disappointed to see those welds on the top and not having a smooth finish, looks like it should have come from a 99 cent store, I was expecting it to be like a finished product and doesn't look like a high school project Set the jam jar too tight, it crumples.
