The insoles were bonded very poorly (or not at all) to the inside of the shoe. I regularly take off my shoes to fix the soles, otherwise I get blisters on my heels. I wish New Balance would use some sort of super cement or something to hold the sole in place for the life of the shoe. As long as the sole inside doesn't irritate the ever living madman in my heels, the shoes are fine. absolutely wonderful. The color is fantastic, the quality on the outside is phenomenal. Just a minor (big) annoyance from a guy with a 15 inch foot who paid a lot of money for shoes and wasn't as impressed as in the past when he endorsed New Balance, a great brand.
